REFUND POLICY

We accept returns ONLY in case of damage in transit, defects or incorrect product. (Domestic and International)
Please note that slight differences in colors, stones or details are not defects but a celebration of uniqueness.

Return Process

  1. Please submit your request along with picture of damaged product within 48 hours of the receipt of order.
  2. Post that, we will require an image of the product and once we receive the same it will be reviewed by our team and it is up to the discretion of EthiLore QA team to decide whether product is approved for return.
  3. Once we have received your request and our team has authorized the return for the damaged/incorrect product, a communication would be sent via email/over phone.
  4. The customer can also opt for exchange with fresh/correct product.
  5. The customer will have to ship the damaged / incorrect product to EthiLore office
  6. Once we receive the damaged / incorrect product, the QA team will verify the product before processing refund/exchange process.

Refund Policy

  1. We do not provide any refunds in case of incorrect delivery address.
  2. We do not provide refunds for products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  3. We do not provide refunds for slight variations in color and design. Please note all our products are completely handcrafted hence there may be slight variations.
  4. We do not provide refunds for any EthiLore product purchased outside of ethilore.com
